Planning Analyst

The Planning Analyst is responsible for managing a key supply chain link, ensuring the smooth integration, optimization, and execution of planning processes. This role involves developing and coordinating production schedules, forecasts, materials management, build plans, capacity requirements, and inventory strategies. The Planning Analyst works closely with cross-functional supply chain stakeholders to meet both business and customer requirements, providing critical scenario (what-if) planning for engineering, product development, and inventory strategies when necessary. This position also involves recommending and implementing issue resolution strategies, utilizing data-driven decision-making to influence key stakeholders and management. The Planning Analyst is expected to drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage a critical link in the supply chain, ensuring efficient planning and execution.
• Develop, integrate, and optimize production schedules, forecasts, and capacity requirements.
• Coordinate and communicate business and inventory strategies to meet business and customer needs.
• Conduct scenario planning (what-if analysis) for engineering, product development, and inventory strategies.
• Recommend and implement issue resolution strategies using data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence decision-making and drive execution.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance supply chain processes.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
