About the Role

Are you curious, do you look beyond the obvious to find new and interesting ways to tackle problems? Are you our next Planner?

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Planner to work across a variety of healthcare accounts. On every project, we go beyond science and innovation to focus on the human insights and behaviours that drive everyday health decisions and the role experts play in guiding their patients to better outcomes. You can expect to gain all round experience across a varied and fascinating mix of clients/assignments and strategic challenges all within a supportive and collaborative team.

We're very happy to speak to candidates who can comfortably travel to either our London or Manchester offices 2 days per week. We work on a hybrid basis with 2 'anchor days' in the office and 3 from home, or wherever suits you best. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans for clients based on their business objectives and market dynamics
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and changes in consumer behavior to inform future planning and strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and target audience, ensuring alignment with strategic plans.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for client growth.  
  • Gather and analyse consumer insights to inform strategic decision-making and campaign development.
  • Work with creative teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with client objectives and resonate with target audiences.
  • Develop and manage budgets for campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact.

What You’ll Need  

  • Strong critical and creative thinking ability with a real passion for healthcare 
  • We value fresh perspective and different ways of looking at 'typical' everyday health problems. Lateral thinking is key!
  • Adept at mining actionable insights from a range of sources
  • Persuasive and articulate in presenting ideas/views – challenging the status quo
  • Strong interpersonal skills and client relationship management expertise
  • A track record in brand and communications planning 
  • Knowledgeable about the evolving communications landscape and how that could be applied within the healthcare environment
  • Sound creative judgment
  • Strong business/financial management competency/decision making
  • Any experience working with global brands and teams, developing messaging and ecosystems to be used on a global scale would be fantastic 
  • Most of all unbridled curiosity!
