Planner (m/w/d) [25045]

The department's focus is on the support and coordination of the production and development manufacturing of valve and engine components for the A6 and various aerospace and satellite components at the Ottobrunn site of ArianeGroup. In the "Metallic Production Ottobrunn" department, we offer a position in the Production Control department.

As a Planner, the area of your responsibility is divided into the following:

• Resource Management:
  • Planning and control of workstations in production.
  • Analysis and comparison of requirements/workload and capacities.
  • Carrying out bottleneck analysis and workload balancing.

• Requirements/Inventory Management:
  • Requirements/inventory management at the individual part and assembly level.
  • Interface with the manufacturing areas (machining, joining technology, surface coating, testing, assembly, and testing) as well as purchasing, quality assurance, and production engineering.
  • Creation of the associated manufacturing documentation.
  • Procurement of raw materials, components, and manufacturing aids.
  • Requesting external manufacturing services through purchasing.

• Production Scheduling and Monitoring:
  • Recording and monitoring key performance indicators with regard to on-time, on-cost, and on-quality performance.
  • Controlling and managing actions in the context of quality notifications.
  • Participation in improvement projects.

You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Technical Studies, IHK Master or relevant.
• Proven work experience in Manufacturing / Production Planning and Control, Quality Management, Quality Assurance.
• First work experience in metal processing is required
• Experience in additive manufacturing (like 3D printing) is a plus
• Strong user of MS-Office, SAP and its detailed functions.
• First experience with Teamcenter is a plus.
• German and English Proficiency is a must.
