For one of our clients, we are looking for a Pipeline Strategy Manager, remotely from the United States.

As the Pipeline Strategy Manager, you will oversee the development and execution of a comprehensive pipeline strategy, designed to drive pipeline and revenue growth. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales Development, Account Executives, Marketing, and Partner teams, to ensure alignment and meet pipeline targets. You will play a key role in creating and optimizing scalable programs, identifying gaps, and continuously improving pipeline health. Your ability to manage data, develop playbooks, and partner with senior leaders will be crucial in delivering actionable insights and driving business success. This role offers an exciting opportunity to help shape the pipeline strategy in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Accountabilities:

• Design and execute data-driven pipeline programs that align Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams to drive pipeline goals.
• Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of pipeline initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new tools and processes, ensuring minimal disruption to sales operations.
• Manage high-impact campaigns and pipeline programs, focusing on the most productive opportunities.
• Provide SDR and Sales Leaders with actionable pipeline insights to support informed decision-making.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in developing, managing, and scaling pipeline programs across sales, marketing, and partner organizations.
• Expertise in using data to assess pipeline health, identify gaps, and inform program design.
• Proven ability to align cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, capable of simplifying complex ideas for various audiences.
• Ability to balance long-term strategic initiatives with immediate, tactical priorities.
• Self-starter with the initiative to work autonomously and deliver results with minimal supervision.
