We are currently seeking senior piping and pipe support engineers on behalf of our customer in Oslo. If you are interested in pipe and pipe support design within the offshore industry and want to be part of a skilled team, this position should suit you perfectly.
The employment will be a project employment in or AFRY Technical Analysis Oslo section. In the Technical Analysis unit, we have around 130 employees specializing in various fields, backgrounds and experience levels. We have sections with different focuses, allowing us to cover a wide range of industries and work closely together. The Technical Analysis team in Oslo is currently experiencing a period of growth, which means that your AFRY group will consist of different disciplines and most of the work will be carried out at the customer’s office in Oslo. This is a great chance to learn about and make contacts within different fields, at the same time as deepening your knowledge of pipe and/or support design.

We are looking for someone with several years of experience of pipe or pipe support design. You also need to have experience from the offshore industry and preferably have worked with NORSOK and Norwegian offshore projects. Some experience from Aveva E3D or PDMS is also required.
As a person, you are communicative, effective and detail-oriented. You enjoy meeting people, can adapt to new environments and are able discuss technical design with ease. Being independent, proactive, taking initiatives and having excellent communication and documentation skills are crucial. Good English language proficiency, both written and spoken, is required and Norwegian/Swedish is a bonus. A Swedish or Norwegian residence permit and/or work permit is required.
