Work Hours: Ideally you will teach two classes on our 4 reformers on Tuesday & Thursday at 5:15pm. You will also likely have 1:1 sessions.

Your Mission:
As a Pilates Instructor at Lulafit, you will be responsible for leading 1-1 and group training sessions utilizing 4 Merrithew Pilates reformers while providing the highest level of customer service in a professional corporate setting. You will be teaching to corporate employees working in the Transamerica Pyramid, anticipating their needs, being extremely detail oriented, and maintaining a high level of professionalism with everyone you interact with.

As a result of your time in this role, you brought joy to hundreds of human beings who work in the Transamerica pyramid. You created such deep and meaningful relationships with the building’s tenants that they never wanted lulafit to leave. Your legacy brought wellness and peak performance to the masses and turned their office building into somewhere they were excited to show up every day. Lastly, you led lulafit to become a lasting fixture in downtown San Francisco’s rebirth.
What You’re Responsible For:

Pilates 1-1 and Group Programming: Act as lead Pilates trainer (on our 4 reformers) by coordinating and administering personal training and small group training sessions to professionals working in this corporate environment. Plan and lead group Pilates classes to the membership population. Provide timely and professional communication to members before and after sessions to ensure a hospitality-focused experience.

Five-Star Hospitality Service: Ensure wonderful experience for members by anticipating their needs and bringing special touches to every session, for example: equipment is prepared ahead of time, towels placed on mats, and the smallest details of the member experience are attended to.

Tenant Satisfaction and Engagement: Prioritize tenant satisfaction by actively engaging with tenants to understand their needs and preferences. Implement innovative strategies and programs to enhance their experience, fostering a vibrant and connected community that drives long-term loyalty and satisfaction.

Building Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the building maintenance and operations teams to ensure the facility and equipment are well maintained.
Who You Are - Baseline Requirements:
- You have 1+ years experience in a fitness center environment teaching reformer Pilates classes or sessions. Even better if your experience has touched the corporate fitness or wellness sector.
- You have a valid Personal Training certification from a nationally recognized organization.
- You have a valid Pilates Trainer certification from a nationally recognized organization.
- You have an up-to-date CPR and AED certification.
- You are technologically savvy and can assist members with class and training sign-ups through our native technology as needed.
