Summary

The Physical Security Manager - North America is responsible for the security of Evolution Gaming Group Studios and Offices in USA, at present this includes locations in Southfield, Philadelphia and Atlantic City but not limited to.

Responsibilities

Security Systems

  • Responsible for the Evolution Gaming Group Security Systems in North America - CCTV and Access Control- and ensuring systems work as required;
  • Responsible for designing security systems installations in existing and to be built premises;
  • Responsible for working with stakeholders in Evolution Gaming Group (including IT Operations and Technical Operations) to ensure security systems coverage is sufficient;
  • Responsible for configuration, installation and trouble-shooting of security systems, including physical installation of wiring, mounting of devices and basic network management.

Investigations

  • Supports Physical Security Specialists to conduct investigations into breaches of Evolution Gaming Group policies and relevant national and local regulations;
  • Maybe required to conduct interviews of employees following alleged breaches;
  • Provides oversight and guidance on the use of evidence from multiple systems, including CCTV, Access Control and other systems as needed, depending on the case, to identify breaches;
  • Works with HR, Operations and other stakeholders to recommend consequences to alleged breaches.

Security Governance

  • Provides input on the development of policies and procedures to improve the Security of Evolution Gaming Group premises, and leads on implementation in North America;
  • Conducts periodic appropriate security assessments of Evolution Gaming Group premises, equipment and advises on shortfalls in security preparedness with recommended improvements and solutions;
  • Responsible for maintaining the Physical Security Risk Register for Evolution Gaming Group premises in North America;
  • Provides input on annual budgeting process identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost savings;
  • Responsible for monitoring and reporting of defined Security KPIs;
  • Provides input on the development of quarterly OKRs.

Security Management

  • Leads a team of Physical Security Specialists in Evolution Gaming Group locations and bears overall responsibility for the performance of security guards and security suppliers to ensure they meet Evolution Gaming Group requirements;
  • Coordinates security requirements with landlords and tenants in shared buildings housing Evolution Gaming Group premises;
  • Ensures that new Employees receive appropriate Security awareness training during their onboarding;

Other Requirements

Must be computer literate and able to use Office and other specialist software;

Must hold a passport (or be willing to apply for one) as the post holder must be able to travel freely within North America and to the European Union;

Must not have any unspent convictions or past activities that would preclude regulatory approval or security licensing by national or local regulators and authorities;

Must be able to climb a ladder, lift up to 20KGs and stand for extended periods;

Knowledge of security management combined with solid background in security operations.

Ability to produce assessments, reports, and other papers on security issues;

 Ability to produce reports and papers on technical issues and to review and edit the work of others.

Work Experience

A minimum of ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in security management in the public or private service areas, such as national security, military or police, or in a corporate environment is required.

Of these, at least 5 years of experience in security operations in a multi-cultural environment is required.

Management experience in the public, private or corporate sector is required.
