This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, strong organizational skills, business acumen, and a keen understanding of customer behavior. Individuals in this role need to be adaptable, data-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously to drive successful sales outcomes through engaging and revenue-boosting events.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Program Management & Cross-functional Coordination: Oversee end-to-end management of events from planning to execution. This would involve coordinating with various teams (marketing, Category, Demand Management, Store Operations ) to ensure seamless execution of event strategies.
  • Innovative Event Conceptualization: Generate innovative ideas & constructs for events, considering trends in the fashion industry and emerging technologies, ensuring each event stands out and aligns with Myntra’s brand identity & objective.
  • Collaboration and Partnerships: Cultivate strategic partnerships with brands and other platforms to enhance event experiences and drive collaborative campaigns.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate event success, conduct post-event analysis, and generate insights for continuous improvement and refining strategies for future events.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3 to 4 years of work experience E-com industry (Events, Revenue, Growth, Merchandising, Category, Marketing)
  • Should have a minimum career gap of 1 year at present
  • Preferably MBA/ PGDM in Marketing with a strong business acumen
  • Experienced with managing a team of more than 4 individuals
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects           simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative event concepts.
  • Team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain       relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and deriving actionable insights.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
