Working Families Party is hiring a

Philadelphia Canvass Lead

Full-Time
About the Working Families Party

The Working Families Party (WFP) is the progressive party for the multiracial working class, fighting for a nation that works for the many, not the few. We recruit, train, and support transformational candidates up and down the ballot — and run them to win.

We believe that no matter where we come from or what our color, most of us want the same things. We want to earn enough to thrive, not just survive, and leave a better future for our kids. We want healthy food and clean water, safe neighborhoods and a safe world. We want to be free.

The Working Families Party is regular people coming together across our differences to make a better future for us all. We’re a multiracial party that fights for workers over bosses and people over the powerful. We want an America which realizes the promise – unrealized in our history – of freedom and equality for all.

The Working Families Party is actively recruiting a data-driven, detail-oriented, independent, and motivated Organizer Lead to bolster our field operations for the upcoming 2024 elections. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in implementing a comprehensive Field Plan aimed at supporting Working Families Party candidates across various districts. This full-time position requires the ability to readily mobilize to different areas of Philadelphia regularly, contributing to the party's broader mission of advocating for the interests of working families in the upcoming electoral landscape.

The temporary nature of this position is strategically designed to meet specific objectives in our approach to direct voter outreach. Organizer Leads will play a key role in building impactful connections with volunteers, community organizations, and local influencers to drive the momentum of the Working Families Party campaign. This organizer will be assigned specific neighborhoods where their primary focus will be on strengthening campaign support.
