We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personnel Administration Assistant to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will support various administrative functions related to employee management and ensure smooth HR operations.
- Assist in the admissional process, including the upload of the data to the HR ticket tool, checking the documents and the requirements.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with payroll administration and benefits management.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Help organize the area and support in the 5S program.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
