Key Responsibilities:

Close Protection: Provide 24/7 close protection services to Principal.

Threat Assessment: Conduct thorough threat assessments, identifying potential risks and vulnerabilities, and develop proactive strategies to mitigate them.

Security Planning: Develop and implement security plans tailored to the Principal's specific needs and environments.

Risk Management: Continuously monitor the environment for potential security threats, taking immediate action to neutralize risks as they arise.

Surveillance: Maintain a high level of situational awareness through active surveillance and intelligence gathering.

Transportation Security: Ensure secure and safe transportation of the Principal, including route planning, vehicle inspection, and driver security protocols.

Incident Response: Respond rapidly and effectively to any security incidents, ensuring the safety of the Principal and minimizing potential harm.

Communication: Maintain clear and constant communication with the client, team members, and other relevant parties to ensure a coordinated security effort.

Confidentiality: Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion.

Emergency Procedures: Be proficient in emergency procedures, including first aid, evacuation protocols, and crisis management.
Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in personal protection, law enforcement, military, or a related security field.

Training: Certified in close protection, security management, and/or relevant tactical training programs.

Physical Fitness: Maintain a high level of physical fitness to meet the demands of the role.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Judgment: Ability to make quick and sound decisions under pressure.

Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and situational awareness.

Discretion: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Experience with High-Profile Clients: Previous experience providing protection for high-profile individuals.

Language Skills: English fluent.

Advanced Medical Training: Certification in advanced first aid, CPR, or emergency medical response.
