This position is open to fully remote applicants that reside in the state of Florida with an active license. Hybrid will be required if within driving distance of our Longwood, FL office.

Job Summary 
Responsible for IOA account management activities including: Client service and communications; team leadership; directing daily tasks and work activities of Account Coordinators and CSRs; team productivity quality, and service levels; implementation of client insurance policies, administrative processes, tracking, renewals, new policy set-up, online rating, invoicing, accounts receivable monitoring, audit and contract review, and policy review data management/entry; team and individual processional developmental identification for sales opportunities.
What You’ll Do: 
• Manages an assigned book of business, meeting all performance requirements regarding
production, quality, and service, and ensuring that no liability associated with errors and omissions
occur.
• Regularly interacts with new and existing clients as needed on moderately to high complex P/L
accounts.
• Responsible for devising creative solutions to meet client needs as to coverage and cost.
• Actively seeks to grow IOA business, including identifying and acting on sales opportunities. Tracks
policy expirations for existing clients, and works proactively to ensure appropriate actions are taken
to facilitate renewals. •
• Facilitates the management of Expiration and AR reports.
• Participates in new business and policy renewal process in conjunction with Producer, CSR, Acct
Coordinator, or Ops Team Leader including:
  • Conducting client research and gathering all necessary information to ensure proper
  • coverages.
  • Commissions Checking with Carriers. (Accounting Requested)
  • Evaluating and negotiating coverages and pricing.
  • Generating and presenting proposals.
  • Binding coverages, including securing signed mandatory forms and applications per IOA
  • procedures.
  • Non-payment Cancellation Email/Phone calls to Insured/No Coverage letters.
  • Prepare Summary of Insurance.
  • Aged Accounts Receivables, Past Due, and Payments received for Endorsements.
• Creates and distributes client invoicing for any new business, renewals, or premium bearing transactions, and collects outstanding balances due.
• Assists with facilitation of client claims processes as needed.
• Develops and maintains positive carrier relationships.
• Monitors Individual performance to ensure productivity, efficiency, quality, and service standards
are met, taking corrective actions when required
• Assists with initial/new hire and ongoing training support within team.
What We’re Looking For: 
ü      5+ years of insurance experience
ü      College degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
ü      All required active licensing – minimum of 20-44.
ü      Advanced customer service skills.
ü      Excellent multi-tasking, organizational, delegation and decision-making skills.
ü      Advanced verbal/written communication skills.
ü      Ability to perform substantial work volumes with high degrees of accuracy.
ü      PC proficiency, including basic knowledge of MS Office.
ü      Ability to read and interpret data for application in rational decision making.
ü      Exceptional personal character.
