About the role 

We are seeking an experienced and sales driven Personal Cruise Consultant to join our Melbourne based Consumer Sales Team. You will be part of a high-performing team generating revenue by closing cruise sales from past and new guests using Crystal’s custom-built lead generation system. We are searching for confident, driven and resilient sales professionals looking for a new challenge in the luxury travel industry. 

This full-time role is an outbound sales position, where you are proactively making phone calls to new enquiries and past guests, from warm leads to generate sales. Enjoy uncapped earnings when commission targets are met. 

Requirements

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Sell Crystal’s voyages and related products using outbound consumer contacts by phone
• Utilize technical selling skills and product knowledge to maximize sales opportunities. 
• Maintain a high volume, sales-focused workload, meeting daily productivity targets. 
• Assess and identify guests travel needs and present Cystal Cruises' products and services
• Provide a seamless customer service experience, from the initial sales call to booking confirmation.
• Build and maintain accurate records of guest profiles and itinerary information
• Ensure booking details are complete and accurate 
• Assist guests with post-booking services. 
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.

Required knowledge and experience:

• Minimum 2 years sales and luxury customer service experience is required.
• Experience with outbound telephone sales and luxury consumer products is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Candidates fluent in English and Asian languages are encouraged to apply
• Strong sales process and ability to manage guest matters and overcome objections
• Resilience and drive to maintain productivity
• Ability to quickly learn and maintain current knowledge of Crystal Cruises’ products 
• High energy and drive to exceed sales goals.
• Ability to work well under stress and pressure
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM software and travel reservations is a plus
