Candidates with the residence area within Bahçeşehir, Esenkent, Beylikdüzü, Avcılar will be preferred
What you'll be doing
- Assist in managing and organizing Managing Director daily operation
- Support in non operational procurement process
- Follow up and maintain general office requirement contracts
- Analyze data, prepare/generate reports and slides for meetings/conference calls
- Taking meetings/conference call minutes
- Organizing meetings, conference calls and business trips for Managing Director
- Maintain office business trip organizations and manage visa processes
- Plan and coordinate logistical arrangements for the arrival of overseas guests
- Prepare and handle sensitive and confidential documents
- Keeping the office in order and support in the administrative functions of the office
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent with Office Management and Assistant for High Level Management
- 3-5 years of working experience in Personal Assistant to Senior Management Roles
- Good level of English in both spoken and written English for liaison with Management
- Proficient in MS office (excel /powerpoint)
- Positive attitude with an innovative approach towards tasks assigned to you, as well as energy and enthusiasm to work the impossible
