Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating calendars, drafting correspondence, and preparing agendas for co-founders.
  • Assisting with travel arrangements and logistics for the Executive team.
  • Organising social events (parties, sports events, movie nights, team lunches, etc.) in London and our satellite offices (New York, Copenhagen, Amsterdam & Munich)
  • Assist the People team in coordinating company offsite events.
  • Assist the commercial teams in organising client events.
  • Serving as the Chief Snack Officer, responsible for ordering snacks and beverages to the offices.
  • Liaising with the building manager to address daily office-related concerns.
  • Establishing and maintaining office procedures and administrative systems.
  • Keeping health and safety policies up to date.

Skills and Experince:

  • Strong organizational skills and demonstrated experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Extroverted and enjoys being social in the office.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask while maintaining a high level of quality in work.
  • Experience organizing events of various natures, both independently and within a team
  • Driven, kind, and people-oriented personality.
