Summary
We have a slot for National Service to work closely with our Director of Operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the Director’s day-to-day activities, including calendar and offering general administrative support.
This is a unique opportunity for a motivated graduate to gain hands-on experience in executive support, social media management, and business development in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Organize, schedule, and manage the Director’s appointments, meetings, and events to ensure efficient time management.
- Content Creation for LinkedIn: Draft and publish engaging posts, articles, and updates on behalf of the Director to enhance his professional brand and presence on LinkedIn.
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator Support: Help manage leads, track opportunities, and maintain an organized presentation of business prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Communication Support: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director, ensuring smooth communication flow.
- Industry Research: Conduct research to identify and recommend relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- General Administrative Tasks: Handle other administrative duties as needed to support the Director’s operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience or familiarity with LinkedIn (content creation and engagement).
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an advantage but not required—training will be provided.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
