• Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings and travel arrangements
• Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication at all times.
• Documentation & Reports: Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed.
• Travel & Event Planning: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation. Also, help organize company events, conferences, and meetings.
• Office Management: Help maintain office supplies, equipment, and other resources. Handle office related errands and tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Client Relations: Assist with customer service inquiries, handling routine issues or forwarding complex concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company information, client data, and internal communications.
• Other duties as the exigencies of work may demand.
