Monarch Investment and Management Group, “Monarch” is actively interviewing for a Part-Time (up to 28/hrs a week) Perks Assistant to join our Franktown, Colorado Home Office team!
The Perks Assistant works with the Corporate Perks and Events Manager on projects related to maintaining the Monarch culture and assists with employee engagement. There primary task will be to manage Monarchs branded merchandise that is utilized by employees and company outreach events.
Here are a few of the primary things you will be doing:
- Maintain a working relationship with current Monarch branded merchandise vendors and solicit new vendors to provide the best value for Monarch.
- Assist with selection and design of Monarch merchandise for employees.
- Manage all Monarch promotional product inventory.
- Merchandise point of contact for on-site employees.
- Work with the accounting department to ensure accurate invoicing.
- Actively supports and fosters an environment that encourages employee development.
- Promotes and exemplifies the Monarch brand & culture through daily influence and actions.
- Assist Corporate Perks and Events Manager with Franktown events.
- Assist with building and maintaining a system for retaining top talent.
- Assists in improving the overall satisfaction of Monarch employees.
