JOB SUMMARY:
Location - Mumbai
Role Description:
4+ years of strong Performance Testing experience
Work closely with Engineering Leaders to develop a Testing Strategy for the project.
Understanding Quality of Service parameters including but not limited to Functional and Non-Functional Requirements
Utilize performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling) to simulate user load and analyze system behaviour.
Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and performance issues.
Create and use templates to capture traceability between Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, Code Artifacts, Test Scenario’s, and Test Cases.
Present Quality Metrics across projects and programs and propose strategies to identify and reduce bugs
• Take Ownership of end-to-end testing through all testing cycles which includes but not limited to Integration Testing, System testing, Smoke testing, Regression Testing, Automation Testing, Performance testing, Security testing and Stress Testing.
Complete ownership of metadata management of all Test Scripts, Test Results for each project.
Create and execute test plans – identify, isolate, track bugs and potential problems in software
Maintains compliance with regulations, guidelines, policies and procedures of the Bank.
Ensure Automation of Test Cases and integrate them in DevOps/CICD pipeline
Required Skills:
• Understanding of cloud monitoring tools (GCP, Azure etc)
• Tools knowledge Jmeter, Jenkins, Git, Docker, API etc,
• Have knowledge of one programming language preferred Python
