Jetcost is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist for its Metasearch team in Chiasso (Switzerland).
The ideal candidate is reliable with strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach. He/She will play a key role in the performance marketing team, becoming part of the squad in charge of all the paid traffic channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and improving search campaign performance on platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360.
- Supporting the development of strategy, creation, and management of prospecting and remarketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Taboola, Meta, Criteo, etc.
- Analyzing marketing campaign data to measure performance and identify areas for optimization, including creating reports and presentations to share findings with the team and other stakeholders.
- Identify innovative solutions to enhance growth and performance while effectively addressing and resolving any campaigns performance issues.
Essential
- Advanced Excel skills
- Proven performance marketing experience (4,5 years)
- Solid experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
- Fluent with one or more bid management tools (Google Ads, SA360, Meta, etc)
- Strong analytical approach and results-driven mindset
- Ability to interpret and analyse large amounts of complex data from multiple sources
- Ability to thrive in a challenging, fast paced, and dynamic working environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members

- Experience working in a metasearch / travel company
- Degree in maths, ecommerce or digital marketing
