Performance Marketing Specialist

Copenhagen, Denmark

You are the Google Ads algorithm whisperer. Meta Business Suite? You can navigate it with a blindfold on. Nothing excites you more than clicking live on a brand new experiment on a brand new channel, and waiting for the results to roll in.

If all that sounds like you, you might be just who we’re looking for. At Famly, we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to look after all our paid digital advertising campaigns and make sure as many childcare owners as possible know we exist.

You’ll be helping us run a wide variety of different campaigns this coming year across SEM, paid social, and experimenting with new paid channels.

With regards to location, we’d really love you to join Famly here at our Copenhagen HQ. If you're not here already, perhaps you're keen to move to the second happiest country in the world? We can help you with relocating and getting a visa.

What you'll be doing:

We need you on board to work closely with the Marketing and Brand department to spread the word about Famly - and eventually be responsible for increasing our number of inbound paid leads across UK, DACH & US markets.

What projects you’ll be expected to collaborate on and own:

  • Working with the Growth Marketing Manager, (your team lead, me, Julia - writing this post. Hello!) to create paid acquisition strategies.

  • Develop and implement our performance marketing strategy tightly aligned with our business goals.

  • Plan, execute, and optimise digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.

  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyse data insights, generate actionable reports to optimise campaign effectiveness and ROI.

  • Manage advertising budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximise performance and achieve desired outcomes.

  • Drive paid search strategies to increase website visibility, traffic, and conversions through keyword research, ad content optimisation, and bid management.

  • Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities and best practices in performance marketing.

  • Run paid advertising experiments, including new channels, AI etc.

  • Collaborate with visual designers, copywriters and content creators to deliver best results.
