Working closely with our Marketing and Communications Lead for Malta and the local recruitment teams, the Performance Marketing Specialist will create and optimise our digital marketing efforts to attract Gen Z talent to our studio in Malta. The work will span multiple markets and requires a strong focus on ROI and tracking and adjusting campaign structure and set-up to hit the agreed KPIs and remain within the set budget frames.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and organisational skills and proven experience in creating and optimizing conversion-oriented lead-generation campaigns targeting Gen Z's.
The Performance Marketing Specialist will execute and optimize the agreed digital acquisition activities targeting multiple markets as part of the overall marketing activities supporting the inflow of candidates for entry-level positions to our studio in Malta. The work will span SEM, social media, display advertising campaigns, programmatic etc. and focus on lead conversion quantity and quality optimization.
The work will include advising on placements and media strategy as well as setting up and optimizing the agreed campaigns from conversion, budget and asset perspective. It will be the role of the Performance Marketing Specialist to continuously track and deliver KPI reports on performance in accordance with the agreed frequency as well as to manage the budget and resources effectively.
The Performance Marketing Specialist will be expected to follow general market trends in the assigned areas of responsibility and advise on the implementation of relevant news in the ongoing work.
- Diploma in digital marketing, performance marketing, social media marketing or similar
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in a digital or performance marketing role in a fast-growth/high conversion-oriented assignment(s)
- Proven experience from campaign optimization against set KPIs and ROI targets, including A/B asset testing, budget and conversion optimization with a special focus on the Google, Tik Tok and Meta ecosystems
- Proven experience in using evaluation tools for optimization, such as various business managers and Google Analytics
- Basic understanding of organic acquisition, SEO
- Experience in supporting the creation of assets for digital marketing is an advantage
- A good level of written and spoken English is a must, additional language skills will be considered an advantage
- A team player with strong analytical and organisational skills who thrives in a dynamic work environment and who is curious and constantly looking to keep up with the latest in the digital marketing industry
