We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team in Croatia. As a Client Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for developing media strategies, optimizing account performance, and collaborating with advertisers to enhance brand visibility and drive successful advertising campaigns. Your role will require you to effectively communicate with clients, understand their goals, and provide strategic recommendations to maximize their advertising success.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze data, looking for trends needed to improve customer support processes and working closely with the partner's marketing/advertising team to improve performance and achieve targets.
  • Liaise with partners (clients/agencies) to facilitate training and implementation of solutions.
  • Analyze and advise on the management of advertising campaigns and recommend appropriate new/different ways to optimize existing client relationships and build relationships with new clients, including analyzing the client's current strategy, understanding their business and marketing objectives.
  • Identify challenges and expectations and based on this, developing a strategy approach with the aim of maximizing the agency/client's business excellence in advertising.
  • Co-operate with the Sales Manager and Client Partner (CP), Key Account Advisors to ensure a constant level of product knowledge within the team.
  • Stay accountable for achieving product sales targets set by platforms in conjunction with the Sales Manager, CP and senior management, acting as a point of contact for operational matters and resolving issues specific to the client portfolio.
  • Collect feedback from agencies and clients, establishing and ensuring proactive, regular and effective communication with clients to improve advertising campaigns and business results, ensuring a consultative position with clients and successful management of client expectations.
  • Participate in the drafting, preparation and design of training, consultancy and marketing documents, participation in the preparation and implementation of promotional activities and training workshops for clients.
  • Prepare activity analyses and reporting, ensuring the consistent and accurate use of internal sales tools, continuous self-education using tools and educational content to which the Employer provides access in the form of paid seminar fees or specially arranged or agreed seminars.
  • Other necessary work in the above areas as directed by the supervisor.

What You Need For This Role

  • Minimum 3-4 years media experience. Must have experience with paid media campaign management, data analysis, campaign optimization.
  • Strong time and project management skills, proactive attitude.
  • Highly flexible and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail, experienced in creating and presenting presentations to stakeholders.
