About the role:
First Games is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr Manager/AGM to lead our digital acquisition campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of acquisition campaigns across various digital platforms, ensuring the growth and success of our Real Money Gaming platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Vision and Execution:Develop and execute comprehensive acquisition campaigns across digital platforms including Facebook, Google, and affiliate networks.Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual acquisition numbers and associated costs.Execute full-funnel digital marketing campaigns, encompassing strategy, ad creation, bidding, budgeting, optimization, and reporting.
Partnership and Performance:Identify, implement, and manage relationships with affiliates and partners to enhance digital performance.Collaborate with data and analytics teams to implement optimal measurement frameworks, derive deeper insights, and conduct A/B and multivariate tests for continuous improvement.
Creative Collaboration:Partner with the creative teams to maximize ROI through systematic creative and narrative testing.Focus on optimization and testing new approaches to drive performance.
Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing performance marketing team.
Requirements:
Experience and Education:8-12 years of experience with prior experience in leading a team.Proven track record as a top-tier digital marketing leader with relevant performance marketing experience in scaling digital companies (E-Commerce, FinTech, Gaming, Tech Start-Ups, etc.).
Leadership and Collaboration:Strong ability to lead a team and collaborate with diverse, matrixed stakeholders.
Technical Proficiency:In-depth knowledge of analytics, attribution, and planning tools (e.g., Branch, Appsflyer, DCM, etc.).Experience in managing scale with organized players (Facebook, Google, etc.) and affiliate platforms.
Innovative Thinking:Ability to build fresh acquisition sources by challenging the status quo and envisioning a spectrum of possibilities beyond standard optimization, including automation strategies.
