ABOUT THE ROLE

ALU is entering an exciting phase of growth, and we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Performance Marketing Senior Associate. The role will be responsible for driving ALU’s digital marketing strategy. This role focuses on optimising our online marketing efforts across various channels to achieve maximum ROI. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop data-driven campaigns that enhance our digital presence and generate leads.

The role is responsible for  spearheading the creation and execution of visual content across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency with the ALU brand identity. This role requires a blend of creativity, leadership, and technical skills to produce engaging and effective designs that resonate with our target audience. You will work closely with the marketing, student recruitment, admissions, product, and other Business units to develop and implement design strategies that enhance our brand presence.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of different ad creatives, audiences, and strategies.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop compelling ad creatives.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to various campaigns.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Work with analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in performance marketing or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus.
