The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our performance team. As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of executives to achieve excellence in social and display digital campaigns. You will be reporting to the Performance Marketing Director.
Your primary focus will be on driving measurable results, optimizing campaign performance, and minimizing CPA across various online advertising platforms. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a performance marketer and a proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of performance marketing executives, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation for social and display campaigns;
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, focusing on lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth;
- Oversee and optimize performance marketing campaigns across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin) and display advertising networks;
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, using key metrics and insights to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve performance;
- Explore and recommend new channel to use in order to expand performance excellence;
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and high-converting ad creatives and landing pages;
- Manage budget allocation and pacing to ensure campaigns are delivering optimal results within the allocated budget;
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing, digital advertising, and technology to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition;
- Implement A/B testing and experimentation to identify and implement optimizations that drive higher conversion rates and lower acquisition costs;
- Utilize marketing analytics tools to generate reports and provide regular performance updates to stakeholders;
- Work closely with regional marketing managers in order to set up media plans for their regional needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
- 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, managing social and display digital campaigns;
- Proven track record of achieving measurable results and driving ROI through performance marketing effort;
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals;
- Deep understanding of various digital advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other programmatic display networks;
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights;
- Deep knowledge of LInkedin Ads. Previously ABM knowledge will be considered as a definite plus;
- Experience in utilizing marketing analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Power-BI or Looker studio;
- Adapt at using A/B testing and optimization strategies to improve campaign performance;
- Creative and innovative thinker with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and online user trends;
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively in multi-language, multi-cultural team;
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for results.
