Performance Marketing Manager

The Role

As the Performance Marketing Manager you will manage our agencies to ensure they are focussed on acquisition and making sure Trint is discovered at the right time, via the right channels, and at the right cost. You will be responsible for lead generation via our paid channels. Your responsibilities will include allocating our substantial budget to test, learn and scale our marketing channels. Additionally, you will be responsible for growing our lead generation pipeline for our enterprise sales team.

Why we’re hiring for this role:

  • We need a Performance Marketing Manager to come in and optimize our paid marketing channels while growing our lead generation pipeline.

Key responsibilities:

  • Determining the most effective media mix for our advertising based on ROI and brand awareness
  • Allocating assigned budgets and overseeing paid media platform accounts to drive leads and direct sales
  • Coordinating, monitoring and evaluating campaigns and strategies, including in non-English speaking locales
  • Oversee an agency that manages our paid social and search campaigns
  • Manage any channel relationships i.e. Google, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Shape and implement lead generation strategies for Enterprise customers
  • Tracking KPIs and reporting on performance
  • Troubleshooting channel performance and implementing mitigation strategies

  • Looker or equivalent

  • HubSpot

Required skills:

  • Technicals:
    • B2B Marketing experience in Performance Marketing and/or Demand Gen type teams
    • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting
    • Experience with revenue focused optimization
    • Broad knowledge of marketing channels
    • Familiarity with campaign evaluation metrics and budgeting
    • Working knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. Omni, Google Analytics etc)
  • Managerial and Communication skills:
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, especially in the context of cross-functional teams
    • Experience with SaaS companies, B2B focus is a bonus

Helpful but not essential skills and qualities:

  • Experience in conversion rate optimisation
  • Experience managing agencies
  • Scaleup
  • Experience in Localising campaigns
  • Experience with the Product-Led Growth business model
