About The Role
Are you a dynamic marketer passionate about driving growth in a fast-paced startup environment? Relay Payments is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager, Enterprise, who will be critical in shaping and executing our marketing strategy. As an expert in reporting and pipeline analysis, you will have the opportunity to optimize campaigns across various stages of the sales funnel, ensuring that every initiative you lead delivers measurable impact.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of our ABM campaigns, partner marketing efforts, and the high-profile NASCAR sponsorship. You will work closely with sales reps to create synergy between sales and marketing, driving results that elevate our enterprise segment to new heights. Reporting directly to the CMO, you’ll have a seat at the table in driving Relay’s enterprise marketing strategy and significantly impacting the company's growth.
- Develop and execute ABM campaigns targeted at enterprise carriers.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing campaigns with sales efforts, driving synergies that lead to measurable results.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance across the sales funnel, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Own the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives that support enterprise segment growth.
- Manage the marketing aspects of high-profile sponsorships, including the NASCAR sponsorship, maximizing brand visibility and engagement.
- Lead and optimize partner marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader marketing strategies.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform and adapt marketing strategies.
About You
- 5+ years of performance marketing experience with a strong focus on ABM strategies for B2B accounts
- Skilled in collaborating with sales teams to optimize territories and surface relevant accounts using intent data
- Proficient in Salesforce reporting, delivering insights that enhance sales and marketing alignment
- Organized, strategic, and disciplined in campaign execution
- Proven track record of measuring and improving campaign effectiveness at every stage of the funnel
- Experienced in creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, direct mail, webinars, digital advertising, social media)
- Familiar with the sales cycle and effective marketing communication strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth
- Willingness to experiment and then adapt strategies based on data
