Performance Marketing Manager

We're seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our Demand Generation team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing complex paid advertising campaigns, primarily on Google, LinkedIn, Demandbase and Reddit to drive brand awareness and generate sales pipeline.  

 

What will success look like in this position? 

Reporting to the Director of Marketing Campaigns, you will create, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, increase the volume of qualified leads, and generate sales pipeline in support of organization revenue goals. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Build and manage campaigns across various paid channels including social, search, and display to drive revenue and increase ROI. 
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis. 
  • Identify marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics. 
  • Effectively communicate complicated analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs). 
  • Lead conversion rate optimization projects including landing page optimization and A/B website testing.  
  • Understand new and relevant KPI metrics requirements for performance management and optimization purposes. 
  • Work with creative and marketing teams to test strategies and innovation. 
  • Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels. 
  • Assist with additional marketing projects as necessary. 

 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

  • At least 3 years of experience in a quantitative marketing role managing strategy and execution on social, paid, search, or other performance-oriented channels. 
  • In-platform execution experience setting up campaigns in LinkedIn and Google Ads (required), as well as Reddit and Demandbase (nice to have). 
  • Exceptional analytical skills to identify and act on opportunities. 
  • Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to work individually on a project or in a team environment. 
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities based on organizational needs. 
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant field.
