Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Strategy & Planning
Create a comprehensive Campaigns plan designed to achieve set business goals.
Develop compelling digital campaigns designed to drive leads, eCommerce, and customer retention.
Identify campaign opportunities across the customer lifecycle; utilize data to inform strategies.
Define campaign targets to benchmark performance.
Manage budgets and resources effectively.
Stay informed of market trends, competitor activities, new technologies, etc. to inform strategy development.
2. Campaign Execution
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely execution of campaign elements, including developing campaign strategy and creative briefs.
Work closely with the Product Marketing team to align campaign messaging with key product features and benefits.
Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to identify effective channels and tactics.
Work closely with the Design team to inform creative development and ensure assets align with campaign objectives.
Liase with Sales, Brand and other departments to ensure campaign effectiveness.
3. Reporting & Optimization
Analyze data / KPIs to monitor and assess campaign performance.
Identify areas for improvement and make optimization recommendations.
Prepare reports on campaign results.
Measure and report on campaign success, adjusting strategies as needed based on audience, channel and funnel insights.
Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in marketing with a focus on campaign management or digital marketing.
Experience in the software/SaaS industry, with extra credit for knowledge of PDF or document management solutions.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across multiple teams to drive projects to completion.
Excellent analytical skills, with experience using data to inform marketing decisions.
