Position Summary:
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive paid app marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, app installs, and engagement.
Collaborate on product roadmap development and align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
Manage and optimize campaign performance across various app channels to maximize ROI.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Create, launch, and optimize paid app marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and other social ad platforms.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, conducting A/B testing to enhance effectiveness.
Manage budget allocation and ensure efficient spending to achieve campaign goals.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and generate insightful reports.
Provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement and growth.
Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Audience Targeting and ASO:
Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to identify high-value user segments.
Collaborate with the App Store Optimization (ASO) team to optimize app listings for better visibility and conversion.
Leverage paid campaigns to drive traffic and improve app store rankings.
Strategy Development:
Develop and implement App marketing strategies tailored to Omio’s product offerings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand objectives and target audience.
Contribute to the development of the product roadmap, integrating marketing insights and trends.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically in app marketing and user acquisition.
Proven track record of managing and optimizing App marketing campaigns with significant budgets.
Experience in developing and executing strategic marketing plans.
Knowledge & Skills:
Strong knowledge of various app marketing channels and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Programmatic networks, and other social media advertising platforms.
Proficient in using analytics and tracking tools such as GA4, Adjust, Appsflyer, or similar.
Excellent data analysis skills and ability to interpret performance metrics to drive decisions.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in app marketing and performance marketing.
