We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Intern to join our Marketing team, to help on the implementation and development of Performance Marketing initiatives in Indonesia. You will be working collaboratively with the marketing team to drive user growth and conversions through various marketing channels for paid marketing, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate day to day performance marketing campaigns over Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.
- Drive campaign optimizations to achieve a cost efficient performance marketing campaigns.
- Track and report the progression of the campaign to pull out insights for optimization programs.
- Working closely with the Marketing Team and Creative Team to continuously improve performance marketing campaigns.

Who We Are Looking For
- Final year undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Digital Marketing, Communication, or related fields
- Have internship experience in Marketing, good to have if know paid ads platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, preferably in using English as the main language of communication
- Excellent project management skills
- Should have an eye for detail with an analytical mindset.
- Good working knowledge and understanding of consumer journeys and digital channels.
