Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Performance Marketing Executive with 2-4 years of experience to manage, analyze, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have improved ROAS by atleast 8%, funnel by atleast 5% & Reduced CAC by atleast 25%

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta Ads, programmatic DSP’s, and other app marketing platforms.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring efficient allocation for maximum ROI.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPM’s, IPM’s, conversions/events.
  • Generate detailed performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders. Automate daily/weekly/monthly reports.
  • Identify and create custom audience segments for precise targeting.
  • Optimize campaigns based on customer behavior, demographics, and psychographics.
  • Work closely with creative teams to ensure high-performing ad visuals and copy.
  • Experiment with new channels, ad formats, and strategies to expand campaign reach and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 3-4 years of experience in performance marketing or similar roles preferable in the RMG category.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as GA4, Appsflyer, SQL.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, pixel setup, and remarketing strategies.
  • Ability to handle big budgets with cross collaboration expertise.
