The mission for the role
Support the performance marketing team in achieving our new customer targets during our peak trading period of October to December.
Take responsibility for ad creative operations. Ensure creatives are uploaded to ad platforms in time, your teammates are notified and an accurate record of your progress is kept.
Updating of Google Sheets reports daily for the team. Attention to detail and consistency of output is key.
You will help the team be quick and reactive, increasing the chance of meeting our targets. You will learn how a performance marketing team operates and gain exposure to Facebook, Google, TikTok and other programmatic advertising channels.
What success looks like
Keep key performance marketing reports up-to-date daily and share the highlights on Slack.
Upload and notify the team of new creative uploads to Meta, Google and TikTok ad platforms within pre-agreed timeframes.
Communicate with programmatic ad partners about creative changes. Ensure they have the right creative files and check in the reports they are running as expected.
Take responsibility for weekly performance reporting of Apple Search Ads, delivering insights across countries.
What you bring to the team
Your experience
- Previous experience with Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
- A passionate interest in marketing and enjoys working with data.
- A hard-working, positive attitude with strong attention to detail.
Nice to haves:
- Previous experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads or TikTok Ads.
- Knowledge of pivot tables and excel/Google Sheets formulas.
