Role Title: Performance Marketing Executive

This role, reporting to the Senior Digital Manager will support the execution of our performance marketing channels, which drive new customer acquisition. The role will support the delivery of campaigns across Paid Search, Display, YouTube & Paid Social, as well as support the wider acquisition marketing function. Acquisition is a team of 7, operating across a range of digital and offline channels to drive new customer sign-ups for Gousto.
We are seeking someone who has a willingness to learn how to maximise impact through performance marketing channels to drive customer acquisition, with experience in one or more performance marketing channels and an aptitude for data and analysis. This is a great opportunity to own some of our performance marketing tactics and drive meaningful growth within Gousto.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute performance marketing campaigns, with a focus on Paid Search
Support the execution of campaigns in Display, YouTube & Paid Social
Support day-to-day execution for the acquisition and wider marketing team, through discount code management, reporting and landing page management
Support with day-to-day analysis of acquisition channel performance
Be proactive in analysing data and tests and recommending improvements across all of the elements that influence performance marketing performance
WHO YOU ARE
Autonomous, demonstrating a capacity for building excellence in your area
Ability to self-manage, take initiative and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
Curious about performance marketing’s role at driving acquisition in a subscription business
Aptitude for numbers and interest in data analysis
Strong communication skills and the ability to build great relationships with people from across the business
Willingness to get involved in a variety of projects and supporting work across acquisition
Some relevant experience in any of: Paid Search, Display, Programmatic, YouTube or Paid Social
As part of the Acquisition team, you’ll report to the Senior Digital Manager, and you’ll work amongst an amazing team of 7, who will support you along the way in order to drive strong decision-making, develop resilience together and overwhelmingly scale growth at Gousto whilst having fun along the way.
