Performance Marketing

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Digital/ Performance Marketing & to drive user acquisition through performance marketing and partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who can drive paid campaigns efficiently while also identifying and managing high-impact partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across X (Twitter), Meta, Google and other relevant channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
  • Work with internal & external agency/teams to develop engaging ad creatives & copies.
  • Leverage programmatic and affiliate marketing to expand reach and improve acquisition efficiency.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to experiment with new audience segments, creatives & targeting approaches
  • Identify, negotiate, and onboard strategic partners to drive customer acquisition.
  • Work closely with internal teams (creative, tech, analytics) to align partnerships with broader marketing objectives.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing (preferably in gaming, fintech, or e-commerce).
  • Strong understanding of paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, X (Twitter) Ads Facebook Ads, Programmatic channels etc.).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  •  Good communication and data analytical skills.
