Join our team at Balsam Brands as a Performance Marketing Analyst (Contractual). You will play a crucial role in our digital marketing efforts, focusing on Pay-per-Click, Paid Social, and Programmatic channels. Your day-to-day tasks will support and drive effective campaign execution, helping us reach and engage our audience with precision and impact. What you’ll be doing:
Data Reporting & Analysis
- Compiles data from different sources such as Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Campaign Manager, and other online interfaces to create a report summary.
- Prepares graphs, tables, or templates for the presentation of data.
- Provides updates on various metrics performance based on analysis.
- Supports in preparing data for internal check-ins.
Account Management, Review & Audit
- Campaign management and audits to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Reviews account setup, platform recommendations, product feeds, campaign settings, and other items to ensure that they are properly set up.
- Reports findings and apply fixes where possible.
Ad Creation and Monitoring
- Proposes ad copies for search ads that effectively convey brand messaging.
- Updates ad copy feeds for upload to different marketing platforms as required.
- Conducts sample searches to ensure ads appear as expected and accurately.
- Uploads finalized ads and make sale changes as needed.
Project Coordination and Documentation
- Understands and identifies the different steps of the different processes.
- Creates a structured and systematic documentation of processes.
- Communicates project schedules, milestones, and deadlines to ensure all team members are aligned and informed.
Market Understanding and Audience Research
- Proactively stays up to date on the latest digital marketing trends, competitive landscape, and other market developments and cascades them to the team.
- Propose marketing tests to better understand audience behavior.
Other Duties & Responsibilities
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
What we’re looking for:
- At least Second (2nd) Year of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Strong desire to learn and develop new skills.
- Great attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in Digital Marketing is not required but is definitely a plus.
Location: The Performance Marketing Analyst (Contractual) position is a work-from-home position for Balsam International Unlimited Philippine ROHQ in Manila. Team members in the Philippines are located within Metro Manila, Bataan, Batangas, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Pampanga, Rizal, and Tarlac areas only. Additionally, our corporate offices are based in Northern California with a Regional Operating Headquarters (ROHQ) in the Philippines. Company executives visit the Philippines regularly, so team members attend in-person meetings from time to time.
Our must-haves:
- Must be open to joining some face-to-face gatherings, like our monthly functional meetings and quarterly teamwide events.
- Must have a back-up laptop or desktop for use, if primary laptop encounters issues.
- Must have a fast, reliable DSL, Fiber or Broadband connection (not mobile or broadband stick) as the primary internet connection with a minimum actual speed of 10MBPS.
- Must have a back-up internet connection of the same speed, if primary connection becomes spotty.
Note: An online assessment will also be part of the recruitment process.
Status: This is a contractual position with no benefits included.
Duration: This post will run for six (6) months only.
Hardware Provision: Company-issued Laptop will not be provided.
