The Performance and Growth Marketing Manager will strategize, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for 78&SUNNY and Interval. This role requires expertise across digital platforms and a data-driven approach to enhance campaign performance and optimize ROAS. You’ll collaborate with creative, analytics, and other cross-functional teams to exceed growth targets and ensure campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy across paid and organic channels, optimizing customer acquisition costs as we scale.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns to improve key performance metrics, including CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), ROAS, and retention metrics.
  • Oversee campaign budgets to ensure efficient allocation across platforms, focusing on maximizing return on ad spend.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, generating actionable insights to inform future strategies and improve conversion rates through ongoing A/B testing.
  • Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns reflect brand messaging, target audience, and strategic goals.
  • Leverage data and customer insights to develop and refine audience segmentation strategies, crafting targeted campaigns for diverse consumer groups.
  • Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends and platforms, assessing opportunities to incorporate new channels into the growth strategy for 78&SUNNY and Interval.
  • Conduct regular competitive analysis to benchmark performance, identify trends, and recommend strategies for maintaining a competitive edge.

Requirements

Skills & Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in performance or growth marketing, with a proven record of managing and optimizing digital campaigns.
  • Experience managing large-scale paid media budgets across platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok.
  • Proficient in data-driven decision-making with familiarity in Google Analytics, Excel, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets efficiently to optimize for maximum ROI.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and present data-driven insights to various teams.
  • Self-starter with adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and adjusting to changing priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
