PERFORMANCE & ENGAGEMENT MANAGER
General Summary: We are seeking candidates for the Performance and Engagement Manager role based at our Corporate Office in Greeley. This position is within the larger HR Administration team and is primarily responsible for the JBS Performance Cycle.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drives vision, strategy and execution for companywide Performance Management processes and tools
- Strategic and operational design, development, implementation, administration and communication of JBS performance management framework
- Oversees and manages all activities related to the JBS performance management cycle
- Manages all communications and monitors progress to ensure its effectiveness and relevance to the business

Partners with HR and Operation leaders to establish the link between the KPI’s and team members day-to-day actions
- Tracks progress from training, goal setting, quarterly reviews and end of year evaluations to support individual team and organizational performance
- Empowers and trains managers to effectively evaluate and measure individual and team performance through the performance management cycle

Partners with the HR Systems team for effective use and roll out of the JBS Talent Platform (JTP)

Leads, manages and monitors the design, implementation and effective use of the 360 feedback process
- Leads, manages and monitors the design, implementation and effective use of the Nine Box, development planning, and talent mapping process
- Leads, manages and monitors the design, implementation and effective use of the engagement survey process, to include action planning for each business unit
- Leads and facilitates training for annual performance management life cycle
- Stays up to date with the latest performance management tools and strategies
- In-tune with business operations and company-wide performance management efforts

Responsible for major implementation of process improvements
- Coaches around change management and performance management initiatives at high levels of leadership
- Evaluates processes and reports regularly to senior leadership team on key performance indicators
- Partners with the culture and talent team on execution, best practices and business unit communication
- Partners with internal global teams for collaborative improvement efforts and best practice sharing
- Other duties as assigned
What You Bring (Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a manufacturing facility preferred, JBS/Pilgrim's experience strongly preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Agriculture or related field, or relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Previous experience leading teams preferred
- Previous experience in HR, recruiting or management role preferred

Strong organizational, follow-up, negotiation, interview and decision making skills required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and handle high work volume
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee related information
- Proficient with MS Office suite

This position requires up to 10% travel.
The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;

Base salary range of $105,000 - $115,000;

Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program; and
