Performance & Content Marketing Manager

We are a leading UX/UI design agency passionate about crafting exceptional digital experiences. Our team is driven by creativity, innovation, and user-centered design. As we grow, we’re looking for a Performance & Content Marketing Manager with strategy, PPC and content focus, to amplify our brand presence, generate new leads, and support our business objectives through strategic marketing efforts. Please note that this is a hybrid position, with 2-3 office days per week in our Budapest office.

What You’ll Do:

  • Dive deep in market research and strategic planning.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) to drive engagement and conversions.

  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies, ensuring high-quality written materials in fluent English.

  • Collaborate closely with designers to create marketing materials that align with our brand identity and messaging.

  • Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn and Instagram.

  • Internal and external Event organization - Webinars and training support.

  • Maintain and optimize listing site profiles (Clutch, Behance, Dribbble, etc.) to enhance credibility and lead generation.

  • Stay up to date with the UX/UI design industry, ensuring that marketing efforts are aligned with market trends and audience needs.

  • Reporting will also be a part of your job, but we do this as a team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally within a design, tech, or digital agency environment.

  • Strong writing skills in English, with experience creating engaging and well-researched content.

  • PPC knowledge (medior level) – ability to create, manage and enhance(if needed) paid advertising campaigns effectively.

  • Experience working with designers to develop marketing assets.

  • Deep understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram for business growth.

  • Experience managing listing sites and optimizing profiles for increased visibility.

  • SEO expertise (Junior level) – experience with keyword research, on-page SEO, and analytics.

  • Familiarity with project management tools (Monday, Trello, etc.) to track marketing activities.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
