What We're Looking For
Our client, a fast-growing beauty brand founded by an industry-renowned makeup artist, is seeking a Performance Content Creator to develop strategic content for paid social campaigns. This role is essential in crafting compelling creative that drives engagement and conversions across platforms like Meta, YouTube, and Pinterest.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, strategic briefs for video editors to guide new content and improve existing ads.
• Review ad performance data and suggest creative updates to improve results.
• Work with designers and agencies to develop static ad content.
• Help with customer research, using AI tools to gather insights.
• Collaborate with the Senior Director of Creative Strategy to ensure content aligns with marketing goals.

Requirements

• Experience creating content for paid social ads, ideally in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.
• Understanding of digital advertising and what makes ads perform well on Meta, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Strong ability to write content briefs that help teams create effective ads.
• Experience working with video editors, designers, and creative teams.
• Analytical mindset with an eye for improving ad performance.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools for research.
• Background in working with agencies or managing multiple ad versions.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and ad optimization strategies.
