We are looking for responsible, detail-attentive and good at time management personality to join Operational Quality and Excellence team. Performance Assessment Specialist measures Game Presenters performance to support standards. Provides qualitative and objective performance assessment and suggests how to improve globally.

  • Monitor and assess Game Presenters and supervises Shuffler’s performance;
  • Develop and maintain performance assessment records and data;
  • Assure assessment activities comply with related standards and requirements;
  • Perform his/her duties in accordance with standards and procedures established by the company;
  • Comply to Internal Policy and instructions;
  • Perform job obligations in proper, high quality and timely manner;
  • Ensure  compliance and accuracy of the provided information;
  • Timely execution of any other reasonable tasks provided by the Direct Manager falling within the held position;
  • Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves and other absences, provided that replacement take place during working time and shall not be considered as additional work (overtime);
  • Ensure full attendance at trainings and workshops necessary for job assignments according to the development plan and request of  the Direct Manager;
  • Cover shifts according to agreed schedule scheme and schedule assignments;
  • Secondary education;
  • Professional Working Proficiency in English written and verbal;
  • Experience with standard software applications, including MS Office, Windows, etc;
  • High sense of responsibility and commitment to get the job done;
  • Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills;
  • Ability to maintain assigned tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently;
  • Quick reaction and high attention to details;
  • Ability to cope with pressure;
  • Ability to handle confidential information;
  • Motivation to achieve company’s targets;
  • Self-initiative and willingness to learn new skills.
