The Revenue Operations department is core to the success of our go to market functions.  As the Performance and Enablement Manager, you will support the GTM Sales org with ‘how’ we will achieve our company targets by driving world class enablement of our sales teams. You will also drive operational efficiency and strategic initiatives to support profitable revenue growth.

What you’ll be responsible for:

Your job is to provide coaching, insights, & resources to support the success of quota-carrying teams. As the Performance and Enablement Manager, your top goals will be to:

  • Develop a comprehensive sales enablement strategy for your region and work with sales managers to support the execution of this strategy
  • Support sales managers in their own coaching and managing techniques based on Sales Management Training given by the GTM/Sales Trainer
  • Enable the GTM Sales teams with updates such as changes to internal processes, programs, high-level communication and GTM revenue initiatives
  • Support sales teams with the adoption of trained behaviours and best practices until successfully embraced
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and Revenue Operations Managers to establish KPIs and Metrics to measure the adoption of and success of enablement activities
  • Work closely with the Revenue Operations Managers to understand/diagnose the performance in the region, and consequently support Sales Leadership with identifying individual and team training needs, coaching needs, additional resources and suggested practices
  • Work with Rev Ops Managers, Sales Trainers and the Competitive Analyst to develop and update resources and materials. This includes sales scripts, playbooks, coaching activities, presentations, one-pagers, knowledgebase, etc
  • Leverage data-driven insights and analytics to inform decision making while also balancing anecdotes & feedback from stakeholders to maximize impact.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Sales Leadership team and provide insights and recommendations to drive sales productivity and optimize sales processes.
  • Promote a culture of feedback and constant improvement by actively gathering feedback from ICs and leaders.
  • Provide regional insights on global initiatives to the wider Revenue Operations team and GTM Leadership org
  • Partner with other cross-functional teams to ensure that sales enablement initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with regional counterparts sharing ideas 

What you’ll be bringing to the team:

  • Understanding of the GTM sales environment 
  • Experience in developing and running enablement programs
  • Experience in using a data driven approach to enablement in order to measure success and identify areas of opportunity
