As a People Success Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing strategies and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and professional growth. Your primary duties will include managing onboarding processes, organizing training programs, facilitating communication between employees and management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage seamless onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Facilitate orientation sessions and provide new employees with necessary resources.
  • Collaborate with HR team to design and execute initiatives that promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.
  • Assist in organizing company-wide events and activities to foster a sense of belonging.
  • Support the design and implementation of employee training and development programs.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous learning and upskilling within the organization.
  • Assist in the performance appraisal process by gathering and organizing relevant data.
  • Help employees and managers navigate the performance review process.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Address employee concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Generate and analyze HR reports to extract insights for decision-making.
  • Partner with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in HR practices.
  • Contribute to projects and initiatives that involve multiple teams.
  • Promote our company's values and culture through various HR initiatives.
  • Propose creative ideas to continually improve the work environment and employee experience. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee engagement and support.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • An instructional design certificate is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work autonomously.
  • Empathetic and approachable, with a passion for helping others succeed.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to contribute to innovative HR initiatives.
  • Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive employee information.
