People Success (HR) Intern - Summer 2025

What You Will Be Working On:
This internship will provide exposure to the HR field, with specific focus on Business Partnership and Talent Development (Learning & Development). Our People Success intern will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to the day-to-day responsibilities of the HR function. In this role you will be asked to do the following:
 
  • Work with People Success (HR) team to support employee initiatives.
  • Assist in moving projects from concept to execution. This entails taking meeting notes and drafting project plans based on the inputs of others.
  • Coordinate with team to update project management trackers.
  • Assist in the design and creation of training and communications materials (e.g. company SharePoint Site, employee tools, training videos, posters, PowerPoint presentations, engaging emails).
  • Audit and provide support during onboarding process to ensure seamless new hire experience.
  • Develop and administer on-line surveys. 
  • Compile and analyze survey results.
  • Analyze data sheets and build charts and graphs representing the results.
  • Assist with set-up and break-down of training classes.
  • Set up and support Microsoft Teams (virtual) training sessions.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What You Need to Be Successful:
We are looking for a student who will be a rising Senior during the summer of 2025 pursuing a Bachelor of Science/Business Administration/Human Resources (HR) or related field with a minimum GPA of 3.2 to join our People Success team.
 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or similar platforms. 
  • Strong attention to detail in the written form. 
  • Active listening skills, with the ability to take accurate notes and effectively summarize key takeaways and next steps.
  • Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships and communicate effectively with key stakeholders.
  • Intellectually curious with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills combined with strong business acumen.
  • Demonstrated integrity and commitment to the highest ethical standards and personal values.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to organize, prioritize, and deliver high quality work independently with minimal supervision.
The hourly compensation for this role is in the range of $21.00 - $24.00. Hourly rate determined by the candidate's skills, experience, knowledge, education, and abilities.
