As a People Strategy Consultant, your primary focus is to connect employee listening activities with customers' HR and business strategies and help them drive organizational change through valuable insights.
Your role begins by collaborating with customers to establish an effective employee listening strategy tailored to their specific business context. Once insights are gathered, you will analyze employee feedback data, present the findings customers, and provide actionable recommendations to address their organizational development challenges. Your expertise will also guide customers on how to leverage employee feedback as a tool for dialogue and enabling change within their organization. Additionally, there is a commercial aspect to the role; you will advice customers on additional services and feedback solutions through consultative selling.
