Change management – owner of the change process in PS: responsible for Change form updates, all new requests to be reviewed and stored, close contact with EMEA Change manager (regular catchups, informing our teams) & other relevant roles (Global process owners, HR Operating Office).

Project Support – supporting team leaders and managers with incoming projects when applicable (helping create and track project plans, attending project calls etc)
- Department KPIs & control mechanisms – setting up and reviewing KPI metrics incl quality measures (decides on the approach, reviews with managers as applicable, hyper-care metrics management), data breach, escalations tracker and other control mechanisms across PS.

Reporting and analysing the metrics using a dashboard/governance meetings, making sure all relevant metrics are in place and standardized for PS bonus structure & external governance; Process Documentation – implementing standard SOPs and process maps into PS teams to capture current process; ensure training materials exist in all teams and are up to date in relevant languages; To be present on all relevant calls re process changes and assisting with implementing the change to BAU (organizing KT, WDs, internal comms)
- Best practice sharing within teams – regular attendance of relevant team meetings to be up to date about process/system changes & suggest best practices across teams where relevant; suggest a model of best practice sharing meetings (team members, team leaders..)
- Continuous improvement of the PS service – WD/APS changes and controls, process improvement suggestions (actively working with PS teams to identify areas for improvements), regular meetings with the PS teams to identify issues/blockers;
