We are seeking a People Practices Partner who is enthusiastic about creating magical experiences for our employees. This person will be a highly visible partner to Attentive’s employee population, providing a best-in-class employee experience. This is a highly connective role across all parts of the People Team. This role will report to the Director of People Business Partners.

What you'll do at Attentive:

  • Be a trusted partner to our employee base and front line managers in all things People Team related
  • Work cross functionally with other People Team Centers of Excellence to provide exceptional and timely customer service
  • Partner with People Business Partners, Recruiting, Talent Management, Total Rewards, and Systems to build scalable people processes that enable Attentive’s operational excellence 
  • Shepherd inbound queries in our People Desk Ticketing System to quick resolution
  • Work closely with People Business Partners as a process expert 
  • Advise on employee policy and leave guidance to help our employees navigate smoothly through the organization

About you:

  • Bold - You are unafraid to problem solve and find the best solutions for our employees
  • Communicative - You have an appreciation for communicating clearly and succinctly
  • Conscientious - You take pride in your work and the service you provide
  • Empathetic - You have an ability to relate to difficult situations and have a genuine desire to help
  • 3-5 years of HR experience with a fundamental understanding of how all parts of the team work together in service of the business
  • Understanding of business cycles, priorities, and cultural nuances as they impact and influence operational execution
