We are a ground-breaking AI professional services startup seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be vital in developing and maintaining our company's best-practice HR strategies, procedures, and policies. This position will regularly interface with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize & collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for job openings
  • Act as a focal point to perform people interventions, culture, disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development
  • Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff
  • Assist employee onboarding to offboarding to improve employee experiences
  • Organize training to drive development initiatives
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; recommend best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; apply this knowledge to communicate policy, practice, and resource changes to upper management
  • Support C-level on people-related projects or strategic initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field; or prior experience in Human Resources, People Management, Recruitment, etc.
  • Minimum 5 years of human resources experience preferably in a tech company, impact-driven, or fast-paced environment
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems
  • Proactive in taking new initiatives and continuously improving processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Professional and can-do attitude; and capability to handle confidential information
