About the role: 

As a People Partner at Vivian Health, you'll join our dynamic People team, where you'll be instrumental in shaping an exceptional employee experience. You will have the opportunity to drive key cultural initiatives, lead performance management processes, and act as a trusted partner for our employees. 

What you’ll do: 

• Lead and manage a proactive, high-quality performance management process, ensuring alignment with company goals
• Handle sensitive and confidential employee relations issues, working towards positive outcomes for all parties involved
• Drive cultural initiatives such as offsites and engagement surveys against clearly defined goals and objectives
• Develop and execute training and development plans to enhance employee growth and organizational effectiveness
• Act as an HR Business Partner, providing support and guidance to individual contributors, managers, and executives
• Maintain working knowledge of compliance, leave management, benefits, and payroll processes
• Collaborate with the broader people team on core HR functions relevant to Vivian Health

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years of relevant People Partner or HRBP experience, with a total of 8+ years in HR roles, ideally in a startup and remote/hybrid work environment
• High emotional intelligence, empathy, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to navigate complex employee relations issues and drive positive outcomes
• Experience in driving cultural initiatives and achieving measurable engagement goals
• Strong project management skills that balance strategic thinking with detail orientation, and the ability to communicate clearly and adapt your approach based on the situation
• Background in HR operations including (but not limited to) any of the following:benefits, compensation benchmarking analysis, compliance, employee relations, HR analytics, leave management, off-boarding, payroll management, policy creation 

What we provide: (Benefits & Perks)

The expected salary range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 yearly salary, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule. This role is for US based employees only and unfortunately we are not able to sponsor or transfer any visas at this time.
